IFX Payments are looking for an in-house Copywriter who can fully own the content cycle from strategy through to execution. The role would suit candidates who have a couple of years of experience writing for FCA regulated businesses, who perhaps would like to become more involved in the development of a content calendar and strategy. We are looking for someone to help us establish a tone of voice, produce thought leadership content that drives new leads into the sales funnel and increase our presence through various streams such as email and social media.

Responsibilities

– Building a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement and positions the business as thought leaders within the FX and payments space

– Curate and write short and long form copy for multiple channels including the website, social media and email

– Undergoing thorough research on the latest news and trends within the FX space and turning this into compelling thought leadership content in the form of white papers, blogs and reports

– Working with external PR agencies to ensure thought leadership pieces gain maximum exposure in the media

– Working with key clients to write case studies that highlight the value in IFX and why future prospects should work with us

– Writing regular newsletters to keep our community informed of IFX’s latest news

Competencies & experience:

– Proven track record of writing for an FCA regulated business – FinTech would be desirable

– A desire to build a content strategy from scratch

– An understanding and genuine interest in FX, trading and tech

– Strong working knowledge of CRM systems e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.

– Competent WordPress user – ability to edit and format content on here is key

– Experienced in using email automation platforms such as Mailchimp

– You are social media savvy with experience of scaling brands through LinkedIn and Twitter

– Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills

– A collaborative approach to working with others and committed to an inclusive environment

– A creative writing degree and/or a CIM qualification would be desirable
