Implementation Analyst

Role

As a Implementation Analyst you will support the IFX Payments business, predominantly the Head of Implementation, with supporting and maintaining an effective Implementation strategy to match the growth of IFX’s brand and client base.

You will work directly with the Head of Implementation, Product Director, Head of FinTech Sales and other senior stakeholders in the business to ensure successful project delivery and client experience throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Management and oversight of the implementation of cash management solutions of varying size and complexity
  • Working strategically with business stakeholders and other partners to strengthen and maintain IFX’s brand and reputation
  • Contributing to the acquisition of new clients (includes but not limited to; assessment of potential client requirements, providing recommendations on effective cash management solutions whilst being mindful of pricing requirements and overall risk).
  • Suggest and drive initiatives to support in improving client onboarding and service capabilities
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert for Virtual IBAN and all other IFX products/solutions
  • Attend industry events related to the FX, Payments and Technology space
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Payments, Accounts (VIBANs) and SWIFT
  • Attracted to a fast paced environment

  • Accuracy, diligence and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing projects efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
  • Knowledge of API is desirable but not essential
