Which platform should I use?

The right platform depends on where your account is in the move to ibanq 2.0. Find the situation that matches yours below.

I’m a new client (onboarded on or after 14 October 2026)

We set up all new clients on ibanq 2.0. Sign in to ibanq 2.0 to access your account. If you were onboarded before this date, please see the sections below.

I have been migrated to ibanq 2.0

You’ll know your account has been migrated if we’ve emailed you about your migration to ibanq 2.0. That email sets out the date your account moves and how to access the platform.

Use ibanq 2.0 for all payments, FX and account activity from the date given in that email. Your new settlement details are available on the platform, so please share them with your payers.

Your previous ibanq account stays available in read-only mode for 90 days after migration. You can use it to download statements and historical data, but you can’t make payments or book FX there. After 90 days, access ends, so please download anything you need to keep before then.

I haven’t been migrated yet

If you were onboarded before 14 October 2026 and haven’t been migrated, keep signing in to ibanq as you do today. We’ll contact you with your migration timeline and next steps before anything changes.

If we’ve emailed you an invitation to review your account information on ibanq 2.0, please complete that step there. This doesn’t mean your account has moved, so keep making payments on ibanq until we confirm your migration.

Still not sure which applies to you?

Your relationship manager or our Client Support team can confirm which platform your account is on.
