These terms and conditions govern IFX (UK) Ltd (IFX)’s refer a business promotion (the Promotion).
By participating in the Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions and IFX’s privacy policy: IFX Payments | Data Privacy.
The Promotion runs from 1 March 2025 to 31 December 2025 (inclusive) (the Promotional Period).
1. Eligibility:
1.1 This Promotion is available to existing corporate clients of IFX that are registered in the UK who:
- pass IFX’s verification checks; and
- refer another UK business from their personal business network during the Promotional Period to utilise IFX’s foreign exchange services.
1.2 The referred business must be a corporate entity registered in the UK. Private individuals and corporate entities outside of the UK are out of scope of this Promotion.
1.3 The referred business cannot be:
- an existing or previous customer of IFX; or
- a company related to the referrer (including but not limited to a group company or company otherwise connected to the referrer).
1.4 Affiliates who refer business to IFX under an introducer arrangement and any employees of those affiliate entities are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
1.5 Payment services are out of scope of this Promotion, however the referred business may still submit an application to open a payment account with IFX if they choose to do so.
2. Referral Process:
2.1 The referrer must complete and submit the referral program sign-up form through the link provided by IFX. If approved by IFX, the referrer will be provided with a unique code to share with referred business(es).
2.2 The referred business must email referrals@ifxpayments.com and reference the referrer’s unique code in the email body or subject line before being invited to complete an application to use IFX’s foreign exchange services.
2.3 IFX shall have no liability and will not be required to honour the Promotion or any reward if the referred business does not email the referrer’s unique code to referrals@ifxpayments.com before completing an application.
2.4 The referrer is limited to referring a maximum of 50 businesses as part of the Promotion.
3. Reward Requirements:
3.1 Once the referred business is successfully onboarded as a customer of IFX (at IFX’s sole and absolute discretion), the referred business must complete a total of £100,000 worth of successful foreign exchange transactions with IFX (FX Threshold) within 3 months of being notified that it has been successfully onboarded as a customer through a welcome email (Due Date). For example, if the referred business is successfully onboarded and receives a welcome email on 1 March 2025, they must meet the FX Threshold by 1 June 2025.
3.2 All foreign exchange transactions must be settled prior to the Due Date and reach an aggregate value of at least the FX Threshold to meet the requirements for the reward.
4. Reward:
4.1 If the referred business reaches the FX Threshold by the Due Date, the referrer will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk voucher within 30 days of the date that the referred business reaches the FX Threshold. The referrer will receive an email outlining the process for claiming the Amazon.co.uk voucher. While use of the reward is subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon.co.uk, Amazon is not associated with this Promotion.
4.2 The reward is not redeemable for cash or wire transfer to a bank account. There is no cash alternative available. IFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the reward for something of similar or greater value.
4.3 If the referred business does not reach the FX Threshold by the Due Date or IFX determines (in its sole discretion) that any other requirements in these terms and conditions have not been met, then no reward will be provided to the referrer.
5. Additional Terms:
5.1 By participating in the Promotion, the referrer:
- agrees that they do not act on behalf of IFX in any way. The referrer is limited to making a bona fide referral under these terms and conditions by sharing its unique referral code and shall have no right to provide advice on or sell any of IFX’s products or services;
- warrants and undertakes that it will only refer UK corporate clients from their personal business network; and
- consents to the use and sharing of its personal data by IFX in accordance with IFX’s privacy policy for the purpose of the Promotion: https://www.ifxpayments.com/data-privacy/.
5.2 The onboarding of a referred business and any foreign exchange transactions undertaken are subject to IFX’s customer terms and conditions and standard customer due diligence requirements.
5.3 In the event that IFX determines, in its sole discretion, that a referrer is not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a reward (including, but not limited to, for breach of these terms and conditions, breach of IFX customer terms and conditions or breach of applicable laws and regulations), IFX shall not be liable to the referrer.
5.4 IFX reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without liability to any party.
5.5 IFX will not be liable for:
- any delay or failure to complete a foreign exchange transaction; or
- any delay in providing a reward.
5.6 This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or commission payments.
5.7 Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be considered invalid.
5.8 These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
