1. 1. IFX (UK) Ltd, trading as IFX Payments (the Promoter), is running a competition prize draw at the Accountex Event (as defined in paragraph 5) in partnership with AFC Bournemouth Ltd (AFC Bournemouth)(the Competition).
   2. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize (as defined in paragraph 9) to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
   3. The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over (the Eligible Participants), except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.
   4. The Competition will open at 08:00 BST on 17 September 2024, and close at 16:00 BST on 17 September 2024 (the Competition Period). Participants who enter the Competition after the Competition Period will not be eligible for the prize.
   5. Eligible Participants can enter the Competition by successfully completing the “Payments Health Score” self-assessment quiz (the Quiz). The Quiz can be accessed by scanning the QR code available at the Promoter’s stand at the Accountex event, held at Manchester Central on 17 September 2024 (the Accountex Event).
   6. To be eligible for the Prize, you must: (a) be an Eligible Participant, and (b) successfully enter the Competition by completing and submitting the Quiz, within the Competition Period. The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of Eligible Participants who have submitted the completed Quiz (the Winner).
   7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not submitted due to: (a) a technical fault, (b) failure to complete and submit the Quiz before the Completion Period, (c) incorrect contact details being provided, (d) technical malfunction, (e) computer hardware or software failure, or (f) satellite, network or server failure of any kind. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.
   8. The Winner will receive two tickets to an AFC Bournemouth home game for the 2024/25 season (the Prize). The Promoter will offer the Winner a choice of three matches, subject to the availability of general admission tickets to AFC Bournemouth home games. If none of the provided options are suitable to the Winner, they must promptly notify the Promoter. In such a case, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner in accordance with the process described in paragraph 6.
   9. The Winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer programme when the Competition Period closes. The Promoter will notify the Winner on 17 September 2024 after 16:00 BST. The Promoter will contact the Winner using the contact details provided upon entering the Competition. If the Winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven working days of the Promoter’s notification, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in paragraph 6.
   10. Upon notification of their win, the Winner will be provided with instructions to claim their Prize. The Promoter will share the Winner's name with AFC Bournemouth to register the Prize and the Winner must collect the Prize at a designated kiosk before matchday kick-off, presenting identification for verification. Specific details regarding Prize collection will be provided by the Promoter closer to the date of the confirmed match. If there are any changes to this collection process, the Promoter will inform the Winner as soon as is reasonably possible. The Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner for failure or delay in proper registration or collection of the Prize.
   11. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
   12. The Prize is supplied by AFC Bournemouth or its affiliates. AFC Bournemouth and the Promoter reserve the right to replace the Prize with any alternative prize of equal value.
   13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
   14. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition without notice to the participants.
   15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, distributors or employees will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Competition. Your statutory rights are not affected.
   16. Personal data supplied during the course of the Competition will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy available here: https://www.ifxpayments.com/data-privacy/.
   17. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and company name of the Winner to anyone who emails info@ifxpayments.com within one month after the closing date stated in paragraph 4. If you object to your surname or company name being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at regulatory@ifxpayments.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
   18. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
